Aviat Networks has not declared or paid cash dividends on its capital stock since the company's inception. On March 5, 2021, Aviat Networks declared a two-for-one stock split in the form of a stock dividend. Aviat Networks currently anticipates that it will retain future earnings, if any, for use in the operation and expansion of its business.

The Company held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders for fiscal year 2017 on March 20, 2018. The next Annual Meeting of Stockholders is anticipated to be held around the same timeframe in 2019 for fiscal year 2018.
